For supporting evidence, we have letters from friends and family

some of our friends decided upon themselves to include photos with us all together? Is that okay?

at the end of their letters they all write that they've attached photos....

should I not include the photos or what?

If it's included in your max 20 pics, yes. If not, no. Stick to the limit.

that was my concern, the other part of the application is maximum 20 photos that we already prepared.
I'm worried if the photos they've attached would count towards the 20

I think in this case it is more important that your friends leave their contacts to show that they are open for cooperation. at least i did that
