Letter received with new file number but cant see the status online

Dears,

The point of contact in my application was a address in Canada (my cousin's), so she just send me an email letting me know that she has recieved a letter (2nd AOR) and has a new file number.

When I am trying to get online status of my applciation with the new file number, it gives me error on the other hand the status is Pending Review from my old file number.

She will send me the scan copy of my letter, I have not received any email about my 2nd AOR, is it something that happens with everyone ?

Its. ok. Wait for some times . U will then be able to check online with ur new file Number(2nd file).

I have to wait for one month in-order to see update on my case over the internet ??

By the way, what are the chances that God Forbid my case will be rejected ?

The letter says that the process will take 12 months...

The process has started means they are running background checks and going thru each and every document ??? ??? ??? ???
