I would like to know some information

can you please let me know how long does it take to process once we received below email from CIC the email is as of below please go through it and let me know?

" Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email inquiry to the Immigration Section of the Consulate General of Canada in Bangalore.

Your application will not be withdrawn.
Further review is needed before a decision can be made on your application. I am therefore unable to provide you with a definitive time frame for finalization. I can confirm, however, that processing is proceeding and there is currently no action required on your part.
Our office will be in touch with you directly should we need any further information or to advise of the next steps. Until then, we will not be able to provide any further information regarding your application

how much time they will take to take decision for my application after sending this email?

It may take a few more months for a final decision to be made. You should be expecting the application will be refused and you'll most likely receive a 5 year misrepresentation ban.

are you sure I am going to banned for 5 years because in the past I have seen so many applications which are simply refused with the reason "like you have not provided further information for your application" or " you have not satisfied me with proper information"
the same thing can happen in my case as well
because if they want me to be banned for 5 years so till now they would have done it

When cic bans someone the process is longer. They first have to update their system to make sure you dont get a study, visitor or a work permit or permanant residency for the next 5 years.

They will then have to share the information with Five Eyes, US and UK immigration officials who will update it in their system.

However as you said we cannot be sure that you will be banned for mispresentation.

Just hope they simply cancel your application as per your request and return your documents.

No one here can tell you for certain if you will be banned or not.

Based on the messages you've received and the fact your application processing is taking longer to complete, the chances of a ban are likely quite high. I disagree that if they wanted to ban you for five years - they would have already done it. In fact, I would say the opposite. The fact processing is taking longer is an indication that you are likely being banned since your application included fraudulent documents and IRCC is taking additional time to complete a full review of your application before issuing the ban.

Anyway - at this point there is nothing you can do but wait.

if someone banned for 5 years in Canada,
and he is doing the process on a legal way for UK or Newzeland, what are the chances that he/she 'll get the visa?

can I convenience the IRCC for not issuing a banned?
are they heartless? they can't even understand like the person is cheated and he was not having any intention to do so.
I think before taking any of the decision they would must be seen on both the side of the coin

It will significantly impact their chances of getting a visa for those countries.

They are bureaucrats that only see what is provided to them via your application.
They don't have to be interested in your intentions or how your arranged your application.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have provided a truthful and accurate application.

Nothing heartless about it. The "my agent did it" excuse is not accepted because there is no proof that you didn't know about the fraud. You could very well have asked the agent to do this or supplied the fraud documents. As already explained, it was 100% your responsibility to make sure your app was genuine.
