letter of support through provincial nominee program for Work permit

Hello everybody,

I got letterof support through provincial nominee program, I am thinking to go to the border to get a new temporary work permit. Does anyones knows what orher supporting documents do I need with me?
I am very confused I dont know if the employer should pay fees to CIC( as the LMIA).
Please let me know If someone has done this procedure.
