Did you apply online or paper?
If online, you will recieve it on your mycic account...

Normally after the passport has been stamped., you will recieved it immediately on your email.

If not, you have to follow up, by sending email.

To the OP, are you suggesting that when your passport was returned, there wasn't a copy of Letter of introduction included?

Normally apart from online application - if you applied on paper, you would get one this way.
