I need help on below details as I want to create a letter of explanation for my education and experience.
Education
I started Distance education course from 2008 till 2010.
Work experience
Sept 2006 to Feb 2007 – Company A (Payroll of third Party) – 5 months – Sales
Mar 2007 to May 2007 – Company B – 2 months - Sales
May 2007 to Jan 2013 – Company C – 5 years 8 months – Accounting
Gap from 1st Feb till 7th Feb 2013 – due to next company joining date
Feb 2013 to Nov 2015 – Company D – 2 years 9 Months – Accounting
Gap from 13th Nov 2015 till 14th Feb 2016 – due to company layoffs
Feb 2016 to Till date – Company E – 3 years 4 Months - Accounting
How to create LOE for the above, please help
Also, let me know if I have to add any evidence for gaps period.

- Bachelor’s of Commerce (Pass Course) – 2000 to 2003 session, One Back cleared in Jan 2004, Degree Awarded for 2000 – 2003 session
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) – 2008 to 2010 from SCDL , Pune (Distance Education)
