Thanks..reason i am conforming is that I see a seperate section in my document upload section which states "Letter of explanation"... i hope cic isnt looking to put everything at one place.. just looking for best practise method...

Exactly this section is optional so don't worry.

In this section you can upload somethings which are not required like Provincial Nomination Certificate, Your Birth Certificate, Spouse Birth Certificate etc

In order to keep it fill ;D
