Letter of explanation was attached but post AOR it is not showing in documents submitted - optional documents section. what to do now?

I submitted all ITA documents on 23rd feb, attached LOE in optional document section and then paid the fees.
Now when I open the website and checked the submitted document checklist, I noticed that optional documents area does not show my LOE document, it is completely blank.
Is there anyway for me to resubmit this LOE? How do I know LOE is received by IRCC or not.

I faced this issue too when I was submitting my application, the problem is with browser cache. Just use Edge browser and delete everything from it before logging in.

Tried it all; still no luck. Different browsers, cache and cookies all clean, LOE is still missing. I've also tried refreshing (F5, Ctrl+F5, browser button etc.) maybe 50 times but it won't show the LOE.

I've gotten that "little different page" twice which indeed showed my LOE as "Provided" in green font color. That different page shows a generic text above the submitted documents list and the text begins with "You can only provide new versions of previously submitted documents if we request it". What was funny is it showed the LOE as "required", which it is not actually. Don't know what to do... Paid $1325 only to get more stressed than before lol. Any advice?

Check after sometime, if you uploaded your document, it will be there.

Sent a tech issue ticket and a separate web form and asked them to verify. Doubt I'll get an answer but yeah.
