Hi All,

I did a very stupid mistake while filing my Study Permit application. In the Optional Documents (Client Information), I didn't upload a Letter of Explanation. My only thought was like the term suggests, this is "Optional". My question is can I upload the Letter of Explanation now, via Webform or should I apply fresh? Just to give a brief about my timeline and background-

Visa Applied - 9th July
Biometrics - Given and Updated on 12th July
Medical - Done upfront on 28th June (Still not reflecting in my IRCC portal)
University - Dalhousie University, NS
Course - Master's in Computer Science (Thesis based 2 year)
Intake - September'22

Is it too late to upload Letter of Explanation now? Also is there anyone who got the study permit without the LoE/SOP or someone who had uploaded it later via webform?

You can add it webfrom as processing average 12 weeks so it may be read before eligibility review. You may not get a response that it has been added to your file.
