Letter of Explanation Document Column/Space is Missing

My Profile is almost complete, however cannot see the LOE Document upload section, Please help. I have seen the other post related to it in the forum but dint get any definite answer to it.

I can see a new colubmn with the name (Optional Documents), is that the correct one to upload LOE Document? Please confirm

Yes this is the section for uploading LOE. If you click on the question mark in that section for help, it explains it there where it mentions something about Letter of Explanation

Thanks, Even that option is there sometimes and sometimes not.

Yeah that happens a lot, even while I was uploading my documents for submission it disappeared and reappeared.
Apparently its a system glitch that affects everyone, logging in and out sometimes helps.
