hi- just want your advice. I just lately noticed that the date my employer wrote on my open work permit, stating my arrival date here in canada was incorrect. I totally forgot to recheck the letter before I sent it to the cic. Should I call cic to correct it or just leave it?. I want to hear anything from you. thanks.

When did you send your application? If ever there's a mistake you can make a cover letter to explain the correction and submit a new letter of employment with the right date. Include your client I.d. to incorporate with your file. What's important I guess is in the pr application form IM0008 that you put the right information.
