Letter of employement and Job offer

Hi Team,

Greetings!

Please have a look at my case and please help me:

1. My company sent me to Canada around 11 months back (Oct 2018) and I created my profile in June and also mentioned valid Job offer field "Yes" because at that time I have an assignment letter of work in Canada till July 31, 2020.
I got EOI from Alberta and now I got a nomination and ITA as well. I got points for Canada experience but no points for Job offer as of now. In my PR application they are askings three documents:
1.An offer of employment.
2.Letter of employment.
3.Employment records
What should I give in these?
Can I give an assignment letter in both offer of employment and letter of employment?

I read somewhere that in employment letter I need to give a letter from the company which tells that my company gives me work for one year after PR.

Please help what should I give in these letters?

You should be able to get all three documents easily, especially first two and the third document is also obtainable if you ask your HR to issue it citing your reasons for requesting it.

Make sure that whatever you provide satisfy the Regulation 10 proof of employment section and that all duties listed on any document highly match with your designated NOC. This is perhaps the most important.

Another way of going about it, is for you to ask your HR to prepare just a reference letter (to include all elements mentioned under R10), this should be more than enough to suffice IRCC.

An employment letter is an official document printed on company letterhead stating that you will be employed in Canada by that company for a specified period of time. The employment letter must include your name, the details of your employment in Canada, and the company's contact information.

It may also include:

• details such as your tenure with the company
• your title, position and duties
• approved vacation periods (if travelling to Canada for holidays), or information about whether the company will cover all your travel expenses (if travelling on business for this company), etc

In your case , the tenure should match up with whatever you included already for your PNP application and ITA profile. If you are still working for the same place then the date will be starting from till date (date here means letter issue date)
