Letter of Acceptance Help

I need help from the students who went to Canada. I have been accepted for MPA program in the University of Saskatchewan. They sent me the official letter of acceptance. Some days ago I found an Official Letter of Acceptance format (Check the link bellow). Problem is, the one I got has no relationship with this format. Mine one has the format of a mail and contained less information. I emailed them stating this fact but the department secretary is on leave now. I want to know from the students who are already in Canada that what was your LOA like? I mean same format as the one bellow or different?
