I Got my student visa approved. Unfortunately my letter of acceptance is expiring on this 20th. My college has already sent me a revised letter of acceptance with start date sep. Will this create any sort of issues at the port of entry since my student visa was issued based on the old letter of acceptance.

You must have already accepted the offer from the college/university. The expiration of the offer letter is valid on your acceptance of the offer. So since you've already accepted the offer and must have paid the fees you don't have to worry about it. Do carry the fee receipts with you to show at the port of entry!
