Letter from London VO need help

Hello Everyone

I recently get an emial from London VO requesting addln Documents
1) PCC
2) Proof of Relationaship

I provided them with the asked PCC, however my uncle how is Canadian citizen does not currently live in Canada. So I was not able to provide them with the documents asked (otherwise it would be lying) and I mentioned why I am not providing the documents in a cover letter.

My question is I still get 67 points without adding points for Relation, but will it affect my application in anyways.

Please help

If your accrued points are 67 without counting adaptability - (5 points for relative) it is fine. As the VO has asked you to provide proof of relationship, you should explain the current situation by a letter or e mail.
