Employment Letter: Copy of your current employment letter. This must be received at this
office by: 2016/05/29
> Client Information: In your submission you have indicated that you were in receipt of
social assistance benefits from the Province of Manitoba. Please provide a letter from the Province of
Manitoba indicating start/end date of benefits. This must be received at this office by: 2016/05/29

I'm currently unemployed what do I do for the first request. And I have a letter from case worker stating closure of case or is there another letter I need

Also they sent 2 forms exact same thing then followed by a recall letter is this just because they sent 2 identical forms or are they recalling the full request.

Assume they are only recalling the second request and that you need to send what they are requesting.

It sounds like the letter from your case worker stating closure should be sufficient.

Thank you for replying what should I do about their first request? Should I send a letter signed by me telling them I'm not employed at this time.

:

send a letter saying youre currently unemployed and cant provide an employment letter.

you could include a copy of an option C showing you arent on benefits. and also the letter from your case worker.

also, you may be able to contact gov of manitoba directly on the phone and see if they can email you a receipt of start and end date of benefits.

Do you know the number for government of Manitoba that I could call...
