Is there a standard template that can be used to obtain a letter from the bank to act as proof for funds for the FSW catergory?

Is there a standard template that can be used to obtain a letter from the bank to act as proof for funds for the FSW catergory?

There is no template - just make sure it is on the bank's letterhead and has all the required info for each account held with the bank - account number, date of opening, current balance, avg balance for 6 months. If you have any credit cards or loans with the bank, list them down as well and the current balance.
