Let me know the Process for WES please

Hi,

I have written my IELTS and got score as 6.5. I have all my educational transcripts.
Now I want to proceed with WES can any one please let me know what is the process for WES and would would be the next step after WES. And also can any one please let me know how to create my CIC profile and what is the process for Express entry.

Register on WES portal by following the process (http://www.wes.org/ca/)

Collect all documents from your institution and university and send it across to WES. Follow this thread to get some clarity (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mumbai-university-wes-eca-evaulation-step-by-step-guide-t274447.0.html)

I have taken all the transcripts from the university in a sealed envelope cover.

Dear Friends,

I am trying to register for ECA @ WES, however, I am getting stuck at the below point -

1. The actual duration of my graduation course was for (University Of Delhi, India) 3 years i.e. 2001-2004 (the time period I attended), however, to improve my final score, I appeared for an improvement in one of the papers in 2005. Now, my marksheet has a date of 2005 and the degree was awarded in 2006. So my query is while registering at WES, do I mention years attended from 2001 to 2004 or 2001 to 2005?


Your thoughts and advise are really appreciated.

Then please mention 2001 -2005 as you gave some exams ion 2005 and you have mark sheet with that date. Also you have to ask your University registrar to stamp and seal WES reference form which is generated after payment transaction completion on WES website.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

However, don't you think this may me assumed as misrepresentation of facts/fraud i.e. trying to pass off a 3 year course as a 4 year course?

Also, is it possible for me to update details in my WES account later if I want to get a clarification on this directly from WES itself (because they do not entertain queries without WES registration number obtained only after payment).

Yes but they will ask year of completion. So you completed in 2005. So we cannot say that it is 2001-2004 course. Still they will check your transcript and mark sheets. And you can attach an explanation letter with your documents stating your point to avoid confusion in your evaluation and making easy for them. And seriously telling WES call center is open just between 9 am to 2 pm for Mon to thu. And they always have one automatic ans that our agents are busy so we cannot transfer your call. I was lucky one time to get an agent on phone. I called at 9 am sharp still waited for half an hour.
