Less Complex Claims File Review Submission

Hello ALL,

Need your expertise on this please. Please read below carefully.

I come from a war torn country. My background security checks has been completed. It took a year to complete it. I been living in Canada for a year already. I pay high taxes and contribute to Canadian society. I don't take free food from food banks anymore after getting a job. I donate to shelters and homeless people. I volunteer.

I would like to submit Request for file review process since my case is less complex myself. I have a lawyer. But its not helpful. Anyone please guide me how do I submit this myself? I am not firing my lawyer and I just letting know them.

Sudanese? Afghan? Syrian?
You can download the form from IRB website and fill it and send it to the office handling your claim.. but not sure about the part where you already have a lawyer on how would that be? Maybe they've already did it on your behalf? Were you asked before to submit more evidence? And when did you file your claim? Which province
