I think I know the answer to my question/concern just wanted to know I'm on the right track.
Here it goes, so my spouse was recently approved PR. He plans to arrive early Dec with the 1 time entray. At that point we will await his PR card to arrive but he needs to leave Canada in early January and return late January. Since he's coming in from Israel and he is visa exempt shall I still proceed with filling out the Travel Doc? or just face immigration upon retunr and present Confirmation of PR??
