Pls give your recommendations.....my cousine has applied for PR in 2010 in fast track and she wants to study in canada now. Pls let us know the problems if we have any...weather it will be a negative or positive compact on the study visa.

Neutral, as long as s/he qualifies for the study permit, has sufficient funds, acceptance. course is a progression on previous studies, and good ties to his/her home country, it will be processed like any other study permit.
