Dear sir,

while filling up back ground info form , by mistake i swap the date of birth and place of birth of my parents.i notice it after sending the documents to ciu. now i ahve to send documents to my embassy. what do u think should i do. i leave it like that only or change it. will thay verify about my parents details also.

Send them a letter to correct it. You never know if they will check. If they do, you are in the clear.

THANKS. I AM THINKING OF SAME. ANYWAY I HAVE TO SEND THE FORM TO THE EMBASSY WITH ALL DOCUMENTS. I CAN SEND TEH NEW FILLED FORM AND CLARIFICATION WITH IT.
