I intend to appy via paper-based application at VAC center. However, I just read somewhere in this link: cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5269ETOC.asp saying that I whould provide "Certified true copies".
I wonder if I have to certify all the applying documents: passport, letter of acceptance, bank certificate, ...? or just a normal copy of these paper ? Because for some reasons, I only have scan version of letter of acceptance, and the explaination letter from Canada!
