Legal separation

I applied for my pr under TR to PR May 06 But, i applied as a legally separated from my husband. At that time our relation was not good but I take my application back on the may 07. Right now, everything thing is going good and i want to apply as a married in express entry. Will there be any problem in my file if I’ll do that.
please help me

Did your relationship change after he realized he wouldn't be included in your application? Would make sure you are certain about your relationship since you were separating less than 2 months ago.

No he doesn’t even want to be here. It’s me who wants to live with him and give him a chance. We are separated from 2019. What we didn’t apply for a divorce because I don’t want to give it to him. So I’m confused now as I want him in my life but I’m afraid to apply that the officer will refuse my file also.
