I got married in August 2019 in India and moved to Canada on PR (spouse visa) in March 2020. I was new to the country so my husband took advantage. He started taking CERB (COVID benefit) on my name without even informing me. He does not physically harm me but he mentally abuses me. I got a job in Aug 2020 and he started taking half share for household expenses from me. And now he is asking me to give all my salary to him. He is only after my money. He does not loves me , we don’t have emotional connection. And keeps asking me for divorce but does not even proceeds with the divorce process.
My question is if leave him , will that impact my immigration status?
Do I need to get separation agreement or can I just move without it?

None of us here are lawyers. We are normal people like you. So you won't get legal advice here. If you want legal advice, you will need to hire a lawyer.

To answer your questions: Your PR status will not be impacted if you leave him. If you wish to divorce your husband, you will first need to separate for a full year (i.e. live separately) before you can initiate divorce proceedings in Canada. You will want to hire a family lawyer to assist you with the divorce. You can simply move out now if you want to. You don't need a separation agreement. You are free to leave.
