Hello to everyone,I need some advice.
In October 2015 I entered Canada as a permanent resident under a family class, but in January this year because of problems with my now ex-husband I decide to go back home, and I left without PR-card,in August we got divorced.
My question's are:Do I have any obligations to inform CIC that I am not living in Canada since January(I think that my husband done that)but what about me?
And If I wish to visit Canada one day can I do that and in which way?
Thanks for any advice.

are you under condition 51?

If you don't plan to reside in Canada, or meet the residency obligation, then you should probably renounce your PR. It's far better to voluntarily give it back, then to lose it. Then if your future draws you back to Canada, you'd have an easier time (then if it was taken away, that is).

If you wish to reside in Canada, and you didn't have a Condition 51 on your COPR, then you should probably make plans to return.

If you renounce your PR, you can still visit any time. You'd just need the appropriate eTA or visitor visa. If you keep your PR, then visiting is a moot point.
