I landed in Canada on June 5th 2008 when i was 7 and stayed there for a few weeks then moved back to my home country then in 2013 right before my PR expired we came back and stayed again for a few weeks then left and now im almost 17 and im wanting to go back there to continue my higher education and life. I heard you can go their when your are 18 and tell them you left as a minor and they would let you back in. how does it work exactly?
