I'm a Lebanese citizen - 28 years old - got married a year ago, and have a newborn. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from a University in Lebanon - I have been a Human Resources Specialist since 2009, including the last 2 years as Human Resources Manager. Currently working in Iraq but my small family is in Lebanon.
I have been trying the online assessment tools, but it keeps on giving me that I'm unqualified for the Express Program. We can't apply as Refugees (though I wish we could).
My IELTS results are as follows (Listening: 8) (Reading: 8.5) (Writing: 7.5) (Speaking: 7.5) (Overall: 8.0)
My French is average, and I haven't taken any placement test in that regards.
Also note that I've never been to Canada and I don't have any relatives over there, hence, I don't mind to relocate to any District, as long as I will be starting a new life with my small family.
Appreciate if there's anyone out there that can advise me on what exactly I should do in order to secure my move to Canada. I'm desperate to move seeking a better future for my wife and kids.
