Hi all. My wife has applied for PR through sponsorship. Me being the sponsor. We are waiting for the letter to schedule our
"appointment" to receive her PR status as our file has already been closed and shipped to our local office in Vancouver (which apparently are on strike). Stage 1 and 2 all done.
If we decide to leave canada for a short period of time (of course in an important matter) before the schedule appointment , is there any chance she gets refused reentry at the border? Considering that she is on a valid working permit until oct. 2014, she is currently employed full time, that her currently citizenship is VISA exempt (Taiwan) and that her stage of approval has already been confirm. through an email.
We hear different things...
