I became a permanent resident through PNP linked express entry skilled worker program after finishing studies in the province. I applied to about 30-40 professional jobs that are relevant to my background (previous experience and studies) since then. I received a contractual job offer from another province after about 9 months of staying in the province since ecopr. I tried to do networking, applied and received provincial engineering membership, have valid health card, driving license and rental leases. In short I tried to stay but couldn’t manage a professional job. Is 9 months stay after pr and above mentioned efforts to settle sufficient for proving my intent to live in the province ?
How should I approach the provincial immigration office about the situation?
Should I take any legal advice from a RCIC or Lawyer ?
