Leaving Country of Residency during Appplication Processing

Hello there,

I will submit an application to the Quebec SWP. I also have an EOI in the Express Entry pool.

If ever I get invited to either one and they start processing my application, would it be okay for me to leave my country of residency while my application is being processed? ???

This is a general question and should apply to other people with the same circumstance.

By the way I'm currently residing here in Manila, Philippines where I'll be lodging my application. After I've submitted them, I'm planning to work abroad indefinitely.

Will there be an issue with my application if they knew I'm working outside my country of residence at after I've submitted my application?
