Hi guys.

I came Toronto at May and I got visitor Visa for 6 months.

I extent visitor visa 3 months more at September 10 by using mail before expireing my visa at Nov 3.

So now, I am on implied status. But problem is I am going to go on vacation to Cuba at Nov, 24.

and then I am going to come back Toronto at Dec, 04, 3.30pm and go back my country(Korea) at Dec 05 1:30Am using other airline.

So I need to pass a immigrant staff

I will just stay airport for 8hours... Can I allow to Canada again for 8 hours?

I dont need to stay Canada any more but just need to transit... Is it okay?

If not, do I have to go back Cuba again or Can I go back my country?

Help me please.. I am really worried about it.

In shortly,

I am on implied status.

Nov 24=>Go to Cuba
Dec 04 (3PM)=>Come back Toronto
Dec 05 (1AM)=>Go to my country

Can I enter Toronto again?

Yes, I'm from south korea.. When I entered Canada, I got stamp from immigrant staff it means I got visitor visa autometically .

Once you leave canada there is no grantee that you will be allowed to enter canada. it will all depend on the immigration officer. To enter into canada you must satisfy the officer which will be at the first place a bit difficult for you at the time; as you had recently visited canada and you had also applied for an extension to stay in canada. (but all depends on your reason and the immigration officer if he/she allows you or not)
About your implied status: once you leave canada your extension application will be considered cancel. even if you have positive decision for extension to stay in canada the visitor records is only considered valid till your stay in canada. once you leave canada your visitor record (extension to stay) expires automatically. to enter again you will need to prove yourself again as a genuine visitor seeking entry in canada with no intentions to overstay or work.

hope it helps

As you are simply transiting through Canada on your way back to Korea, you shouldn't have any issues.

No.

A Visitor Visa (TRV) is a sticker in your passport. What you got on your passport with a stamp was a visitor status.

If you filed a "extend your visitor status" then you were on implied status from the date of expiry of your visitor status to the date in which you got approval for your "visitor extension".

Anyway, all of this is irrelevant.
You are from a Visa exempt country and only visiting Canada for transit on your way back home so you should not worry at all.
