Leaving Canada while EE application (with job offer) in process

Hi Friends,

I am currently on WP in Canada. I will be submitting my EE application next week. My EE profile includes a job offer which is valid as per the CIC website terms.

I have a situation: There are chances that I might have to travel outside of Canada (in first week of June) before my application gets processed by CIC. As my current WP will be expiring soon, I will not be allowed to re-enter in Canada.

Will this create any problem with the PR processing considering the job offer says it is valid for continuous and is for duration more than 1 year?
 
Is there any chance you would be coming back to Canada before your PR gets approved? Or you would be re-entering Canada after you get your PR?

I would be coming back only after getting my PR and will complete the landing formalities. Just had doubt about the job offer's validity if I move out of the country.

See I am in the same boat. My WP is till July but I do not have Job after June. So I am going to India in May end. I called up CIC they said that I can apply for open bridging work permit or can got to India and wait for my PR. Just update the address in CIC. They will transfer your file to New Delhi.

I received confirmation from a legal consultant that even if I moved out of Canada after submitting my application, the job offer still holds true and there will not be any impact on the PR application.

Please advise if you were to do so with no negative impact on your application.
