Leaving Canada for Vacation while Waiting for PR Confirmation

Hello,

I currently reside in canada with a valid work permit. I've submitted my Bio-metrics for my PR application over a month ago and waiting to receive a confirmation. I was wondering if there would be any issues that could arise if I leave Canada for a one week vacation in case the status of my application changes. I would appreciate any input. Thank you.

Yo will have to prove that you are employed to reenter Canada and then quarantine for 14 days away from others who have not travelled with you. Just a strong reminder that the public health advice that nobody in Canada should be travelling unless it is for emergency reasons.

Permanent Residents and Citizens have right of entry. Others do not. The rules today may not be the rules tomorrow.

Don’t leave Canada unless you are a PR, or you are fine with gambling with your living situation.
