Good evening! Can I leave Canada and reenter it without physical study permit? I applied to amend the study permit in order to get permission to work off campus. So, I have a flight at the end of April and there is a chance that my study permit won't be able to come back on time. The expiration date is in September. Can I entry Canada with student visa and passport, without physical study permit?

What did you do with your current study permit? If it is valid until September, then you should still have it.
My current study permit is being at consideration at the Ministry of Immigration. I applied to amend my study permit to get a permit to work off-campus.
That did not require sending your actual study permit. You were supposed to send a copy.
You can enter Canada and explain that you have a valid study permit but sent it to IRCC by mistake.
