Leaving Canada during express entry Post document submission

Can someone please help me. I received my ITA under CEC last week and currently acquiring all necessary documents. I have two queries

1. I have to leave Canada and travel India for a family purpose by the end of this year. I am currently on my PGWP and have TRV with multiple entry valid until 2019 August. So is it possible for me to leave a return Canada while during my processing.

2. What happen if I get PPR while I am not in Canada. is there an option to change my address while i am outside Canada

You can submit your passports for stamping in India as well, you just need to submit a request to CIC for that.
