how can i land when i come back? does it have to be in the airport when i come back?
my application is an in-land application and i have a landing interview on may 30 but we have planned a vacation from may 1 to 23.i called cic and asked if i can leave canada and come back for my landing interview they said its risky since my trv is expired and i have to get a new trv in my country. G iven that situation they may or may not give me a trv. but i saw in one of the manuals on the cic website that if i have passed the aip and theres no reason of inadmissibility and i wont be staying ellegally in canada coz i was approved for immigrant status then they can give me a trv in my country.
