Hi good day.. I am confused right now about my status I am a married to Canadian citizen and we're on process of spouse sponsorship right and I have my open work permit... before we apply I am a live in nanny and was terminated my question is can I leave the canada because I'm planning for vacation in philippines...am I allowed to re enter canada with out a problem? And as of now I'm not working because I'm going to school

You need a visitor visa to re-enter Canada. Try applying for one before you leave. If you are refused, you can stay here. If you get it, then you can leave with some reassurance that you will be let back in.

If you have applied inland, you are advised to not leave Canada during the process. Even with a valid OWP, you can still be refused entry. If you are refused entry, your PR app will be cancelled.

Also, how are you studying?
