Leave letter Issue........

Hi frds,
I have a issue here with the leave letter.
I am going to apply for a visitor visa for my in laws this April.
My father in law is a government employee and has already secured a NOC letter from the department.
The problem is that he cannot get a leave letter on the department letter head.
The best he can do is to get a leave letter, stamp it and get it signed.
Will this be OK??
We are providing all the other supporting documents like his paystubs,ITR, bank statements and also confirmed return tickets. From our side, all the necessary documentation.

Please give me your opinions and suggestions.

You'll have to explain why the letter does not meet the criteria. You can write this in the letter of explanation.

Can you please share what are things need to be written in NOC letter from you comapny for tourist visitor visa

does it require to mention the day and date .. or your leave application or just saying for 2 weeks or 3 weeks will be ok ?
