Lease with roommates

Me and my partner for 3 yrs had finally decided to apply under commonlaw but the problem is that we have roommates that Are included in the lease agreement that we have..is thAt gonna be a problem or not?but we have lots of proof that we are in a commonlaw and thT our relationship is genuine..we decided to get roommates which are our friends as well becoz we cant afford the rent at that time..do i have to write an explanation abt this or just the application as it is with my room mates in the lease contract that we have..thanx...

I would definitely explain. There is a question on the forms about who you live with, and their relationship to you, so you can put 'roommates' there.
Your roommates can also provide a letter or affidavit stating that they have been living with you two for ... years and believe your relationship is genuine.
