Let me know if anyone is looking for a really big 4 1/2 or it can even be considered a 5 1/2 apartment for 1st of september in Montreal.
I have one that is just next to metro station Henri Bourassa and close to all amenities (IGA supermarket, Uniprix pharmacy, Bank, driving school, daycare, primary and secondary school, public library and lots of small shops). I work downtown and it take me max 30-35 mins to arrive at work (20 mins in metro).
