Leads on 2021 cut off

My EE score will become 436 in Sept 2021 as I qualify for CEC class. Currently qualifying only in FSW, living in ontario right now and cannot move to another province. Any experts here who can suggest if the current trend of low cut offs will continue until then and thus I have a guarantee of getting ITA in Sept? I don't expect a PNP with my score and NOC category.

How I wish it’s that easy to forecast the scores. It’s pure guesswork. We don’t know if IRCC will revert to all program draws in September when most Canadian residents are expected to have been vaccinated. If that happens, I doubt your CRS of 436 is enough. If IRCC continues doing CEC specific draws, then you may have a chance.
