You might be, depending on your job definition. Have a read at the link awai ali has given, then if you think you might fit the bill, see if NOCs 2174 or 2147 apply to you. 2174 might not be practical this year (there is a cap that is filling up fast), but 2147 you might have a little time for (though nobody knows for sure).
