LCP query.. pls help

hi,

i have a concern and needing to ask for help.
my sister is 1 month pregnant and would like to hire me as an lcp to take care of her would-be newborn baby.
i believe i meet all the requirements but i would like to ask when can we start the hiring process (contract making.. and all) would it be too soon, as she is still in her first trimester? if not, when in the pregnancy would be the time to initiate? thanks a lot in advance

Yes, your sister can start the application as long as she has the proof or medical note from the doctor to go along with the application.
