Hi, I am new in the forum. I work as LCP for 22mths and ready to apply PR & OPW. I read the instruction guide and it said that send both (PR& OPW forms) together to CIC. Do I send them together to the same address, a bit confused. Please help!!!

I have a child who is under 18 yrs, do I pay in total PR&OPW&Dependent Child =$550+150+150=$850
I don't need to pay "The Right of Permanent Residence Fee-$490" at this time, right!! I can pay later when the first stage approval is approved by CIC, then I pay the fee.
Just don't want to screw up this and any advice from who has the experience will be appreciated.
