In Live-in caregiver program, which application for permanent residency will approve first? Single or Married applicant?

In Live-in caregiver program, which application for permanent residency will approve first? Single or Married applicant?

Neither, it usually takes longer for a married applicant as CIC has to wait to ensure the overseas applicants are admissible before finalizing the in Canada applicant.
