I am also a layout artist and can do publishing jobs like Tarpauline Layouts(Small/large format, flyers,magazine layout, pamphlets, booklets and more). Hows my chance as per your knowledge on job hiring?

As layout artists are not on the list of "29" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list You would either have to find an employer in Canada that is will to get an approved labour market opinion and then be issued a work permit to work in Canada for 2 years, then you can apply for Canada Experience Class. Or an employer that gets an Approved Employment Offer, certified by HRSDC that they will employ you once you receive your PR. Then you can apply under FSW2. Actually got our visa approved because of my wife as principle applicant (NOC3152).. how is that sir? we're planning to land this coming march. Can i apply for any publishing company? without any NOC?
