Do it yourself, no lawyers or consultants, members here will guide you. Save your money for Canada.

If you want to engage in any case never engage a lawyer or consultant from Canada. That way you will loose a lot of money and time. All corrospondence will be first delivered in Canada and bounce back to you in India. Also you will be sending documents to Canada and then documents will go to visa office in ND. Dont forget the numerous calls you will be requiring to make to Canada. Best is when you discuss face to face with your lawyer - consultant, any problem and matter can be sorted out fast.

thank you explorer for your reply... i have some confusion, thats i wanted to clear up with lawyers... i would love to save money for canada.. if i can get valuable help from members here then it,ll be much much appreciated..

my issues:

1) i am running my own business for past 3 yrs... can i show my experience in my business?? or immigration people wants working people...i can show all documents like balance sheets, business registration etcc...
2) i am planning to apply in oct this year and expecting my little baby angel in nov... so what should i mention in the form??? and should i pay the fees or not for my baby??

you can show that you are owner and also work for own company as director, manager whatever the match skillset with your NOC.

I work with Wesley Immigration - he is CIC certified as well. he is based out of Hyd but works with ppl outside hyd as well.

My Lawyer CILAIMIGRATION, they are CIC Certified, no middle agency or middleman in between CIC - CILAimmigration and you. give my referance you will get discount and they are cheaper too. I dont know they have branch in India, but I applied from USA and paid them by CC, they have office in Canada. they already cleared lots of imigration.
