Launched work permit with upfront medicals

Just launched our work permit application. Yesterday, we completed our upfront medicals. The overall process was very smooth and simple.

Only doubt I have is in the main application, for the question, Did you take any test on English. For that, we have given the answer as Yes as we have written IELTS.
Neither our attorney nor vfs officer asked us to submit IELTS score card and we also forgot to ask.
I hope this shouldn't be problem.

Did you apply online for a Work Permit inside Canada as a live-in caregiver?
 
Myself I am thinking of applying for a Work Permit for a new employer...and getting a new upfront medical form this year, as I received one last year and not sure it is still valid ...
