Hello guys have any got idea which is the latest version of operational manual for spousal or common-law sponsorship for out land sponsorship.

The one posted on the CIC website....all forms there are up to date

I mean to say Operational Manual .. not the application guide ...

Operational manual is for CIC staff, which has steps that they should follow while accessing the application. Some how i cannot find the latest one but only this one

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/ip/ip08-eng.pdf

which seems to be for inland application.

(see OP-1, 2 and perhaps 24)

Do you have a specific reason for wanting to peruse the manuals?

Yes ... actually I want to see how they treat if wedding is court marriage (in presence of parents and relatives) performed when the spouse was visiting Canada, and no cultural/religious ceremony were conducted.

I just want to know what specific information they required to prove such weeding other than marriage certificate (Issued by Ontario).

That direct info is not in the manual. In addition to Maria get certificate, the believability of your relationship and the proof of ongoing ties you have will play a role in why they think you are or are not a legitimate married couple (I.e. not married for immigration purposes). The things you do have or include at your court or church or outdoor or whatever wedding is a personal choice and CIC does not write in its manual to approve or deny based on what elements of your court wedding you had.. :)
